The price of the house includes the house with insulated walls, a roof made of corrugated sheets, and panoramic white metal-plastic windows on both sides from the company STECO.
Walls: external sheathing made of pine edged board 110x20 mm, 40x20 mm beam for air gap (cold barrier), wind barrier, OSB, 100 mm mineral insulation, vapor barrier, lining.
Floor: OSB, wind barrier, 150 mm mineral insulation, vapor barrier, floorboard
Roof: corrugated sheets, 40x20 mm beams for the air gap (cold barrier), wind barrier, OSB, 100 mm mineralized insulation, vapor barrier, clapboard.
The project can be subject to any changes in configuration and dimensions.
Additional equipment:
• the foundation is not included in the price of the house;
• electrical wiring;
• plumbing installation;
• lamination of windows and doors;
• thermal treatment of wood for exterior finishing.

✅ Terrace for a modular home
We recommend ordering a covered terrace with polycarbonate and thermal decking along with your home. This will dramatically change the overall appearance of your home.
In our experience, vacationers spend most of their time on the terrace, contemplating nature, and only enter the house to sleep.
The sides of the terrace can be closed with reliable soft windows made of transparent PVC material, which will allow the terrace to be used throughout the year with the help of a UV heater.
On the terrace, we can install wooden furniture made from our own thermally modified wood, which is weather-resistant: a large table, benches, chairs, and sun loungers.
Also, building a covered terrace will increase the usable area of the building. We recommend matching the size of the house itself, meaning this will double the total area!
Doubling the total floor area by adding a terrace is much more cost-effective than building another house. An additional open side terrace with a barbecue area is also possible.
