Returns and exchanges
The company provides returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
Exchanges and returns of goods are processed by Nova Poshta or to the address specified on the consignment note. The seller reserves the right to change the return address, so the buyer should confirm the return address with the seller before returning the item.

Return and exchange terms
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
Return conditions for goods of proper quality
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights," there are two reasons why a buyer may return or exchange a purchased item:
1. if the product does not meet the quality stated by the manufacturer;
2. If the product fully meets all requirements, but for some reason does not satisfy the buyer.
Returns are made using the transport services of the Nova Poshta company.
The return must be of proper quality, namely:
- the product packaging is not damaged
- complete set
- there is no mechanical damage
- no signs of use
Return of the shipment can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Returns are made at the Sender's expense.
Refunds will be made in a manner convenient for the client within 3 business days after the seller receives and inspects the goods.
Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality:
According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, if defects are discovered during the established warranty period, the consumer, in the manner and within the timeframes established by law, has the right to demand:
- proportional reduction in price;
- free elimination of product defects;
– reimbursement of costs for eliminating product defects.
- if defects in the goods that cannot be repaired are discovered, the Client may request a replacement of the goods or a refund. Notification of receipt of goods of inadequate quality must be made within the first 24 hours after the receipt of the goods by the Client by phone call or notification by email in the Viber messenger at +380676750942.
Consumer claims stipulated by this article shall not be enforced if the seller, manufacturer (or company that satisfies the consumer's requirements established by Part One of this article) proves that the product's defects arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the product's usage or storage rules. The consumer has the right to participate in the product's quality inspection, either personally or through a representative.
Refunds are at the recipient's expense.
Refunds will be made in a manner convenient for the client within 3 business days after the seller receives and inspects the goods.
According to the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights," a company may refuse to exchange or return goods of proper quality to a consumer if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of Non-Food Products of Proper Quality and are not subject to return or exchange.
Return of personalized products
The following cases are not considered defects:
- Minor color variations may occur. We strive to reproduce colors as accurately as possible, but 100% accuracy is not guaranteed. Minor color variations may occur due to your device settings.
- Natural properties of the material due to the structure of the wood species.
When ordering custom-made items with personal modifications, such as size adjustments, design changes, use of a personal image, or custom engraving, embossing, or printing, returns are not permitted.
