Lumber for construction and roofing structures – what you really need
Building a house or repairing a roof? We know how difficult it is to find quality lumber at a reasonable price. Over 15 years of working in the woodworking industry, we've learned one simple thing: customers want high-quality boards, beams, and battens, without all the unnecessary talk of premium products and other marketing hype.
What we have in stock
We work with pine and spruce – proven species that will not fail in construction.
Edged boards – we use grades I-III wood. Suitable for frames, floors, and paneling. The price depends on the thickness and width, but is always fair.
Sawn timber is the foundation for any structure. We don't offer "elite" timber at exorbitant prices, but we do offer durable materials that will last for decades.
Rails seem like a small thing, but they're essential. Especially for sheathing under metal roofing or corrugated sheets.
The sizes you really need
Board (standard row):
- 25×100×4000 is the most popular size for frames
- 32×100×4000 – under the lathing
- 40×150×4000 – for the floor
- 50×150×6000 – power elements
- 50×200×6000 - floor beams
Timber (standard series):
- 50×50 – for lightweight structures
- 50×100 - joists, racks
- 100×100 – Mauerlat, lower trim
- 100×150 - roof rafters
- 150×150 – main load-bearing elements
Rail:
- 20×40 – for drywall
- 25×50 - lathing
- 40×40 – universal
Non-standard sizes
We understand that every construction project is unique. That's why we offer custom lumber manufacturing to your specific dimensions:
- Board up to 75mm thick
- Timber up to 200×200
For roofs - separately
Roofing is no place to skimp. We use only the finest wood, free of large knots.
Rafters – timber 50×150 or 50×200, depending on the load and span.
Mauerlat – minimum 100×100, preferably 150×150 for brick walls. This is the base of the entire structure.
The sheathing is 25x100mm board spaced 350mm apart for metal roofing. For Ondulin, you can use 40x40mm battens.
Why do customers come back to us?
We don’t like to brag, but the facts are:
- The dimensions correspond to the stated ones (not 47×147 instead of 50×150)
- We deliver on time, even if it rains or snows.
- We load carefully so that the boards don’t crack during unloading.
How much material should I take?
This is where many people miscalculate. For example, a 6x8m frame requires:
- 100×100 timber for the lower trim – 28 running meters
- Racks 50x100 – about 45 linear meters.
- Board 50×150 for beams – 30 running meters.
Plus a 10-15% reserve for trimming.
Delivery and payment
We transport goods with our own vehicles – a 5-ton crane and a 12-meter long vehicle. Within Lviv and outside the city – by arrangement.
Payment options: cash, card, non-cash for sole proprietors and VAT
When is the best time to order?
Spring and summer are peak seasons, with higher prices and longer waiting lists. In fall and winter, materials are cheaper, but the quality remains the same. If construction is planned for next year, it makes sense to book early.
Lumber can be stored under a canopy without any problem. The main thing is to keep it off the ground and with spacers between the rows.
