Pinotex Base - Primer for wood based on organic solvents. DESCRIPTION:Pinotex Base colorless primer is a mixture of water-resistant and antiseptic substances (biocides) to prevent moisture from entering between wood fibers, its rotting and infection by microorganisms. It is mainly used for preparatory treatment of external sawn and planed wooden surfaces before final painting and application of protective agents. Not intended for processing wood affected by microorganisms and insect pests. APPLICATION: Used as a coating for external facade wooden surfaces for further protection against rotting and preparation for painting. METHOD OF APPLICATION: Preparation of the base: wood intended for impregnation must be cleaned and dry (humidity not higher than 20%), with a flat surface and without signs of fungal diseases. Product preparation: The liquid is not diluted before use, it is recommended to shake. Impregnation:• It is applied in several layers (preferably up to 2) evenly over the entire surface at a temperature of +5?С to +30?С, ambient humidity not more than 80%, wood - not more than 20%. A brush is used for application, but deeper impregnation is achieved by immersing the wood itself directly in the liquid.• In the process of impregnating the surface, it is necessary to pay attention to careful processing of the end sides.• Pinotex Base primer dries completely after 24 hours, after which the surface can be painted and treated with a protective agent.• After the work is done, it is necessary to clean the tools with white spirit.
