We recommend ordering a covered terrace with polycarbonate and thermal decking along with your home. This will dramatically change the overall appearance of your home.

The sides of the terrace can be closed with reliable soft windows made of transparent PVC material, which will allow you to use the terrace throughout the year with the help of a UV heater.
We can install weather-resistant, thermally modified wood furniture on the terrace: a large table, benches, chairs, and sun loungers.
Also, building a covered terrace will increase the usable area of the building. We recommend matching the size of the house itself, meaning this will double the total area!
Doubling the total floor area by adding a terrace is much more cost-effective than building another house. An additional open side terrace with a barbecue area is also possible .
